Insurance Arrangements
We accept most dental insurance. Our goal is to maximize your insurance benefits and make any remaining balance easily affordable. If you have any questions regarding your insurance benefits, please don't hesitate to call our office at (608)989-2771 to review your concerns.
Financial Arrangements
Our fees are based on the excellence and high quality of the materials we use and our years of experience and advanced training.
Expense need not prevent you from benefiting from our high quality dental care. To help you get needed work done we have developed the following financial options.
Major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted in our office.
Extended payment plans for as little as $50 a month for up to two years are available based on applicant's credit approval. Some plans are interest free.

Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
